Heart Energy 
Heart energy the road to happiness.
Okay, what do we do when we have hit a road block? Well there are a couple of things we can do: to feel truly stuck or pull everything out of your tool box and get back on track. Your point of power is right NOW.
The heart’s electromagnetic field is by far the most powerful rhythmic field produced by the human body--it not only envelops every cell of the body but also extends out in all directions into the space around us.
Neuroscientists tell us that there are over 40,000 nerve cells (neurons) in the heart alone, indicating that the heart has its own independent nervous system sometimes called “the brain in the heart.” In addition, the heart has an electromagnetic energy field 5,000 times greater than that of the brain and this field can be measured with magnetometers up to 8 feet beyond the physical body. Several studies have been made to investigate the possibility that the electromagnetic field generated by the heart may transmit information that can be received by others. One person’s heart signal can affect another’s brainwaves, and that heart-brain synchronization can occur between two people when they interact.
Where ever you are right now, move your attention to your breath. Take a deep inhalation and exhale and place your hands over the center of your chest. It is of no importance which hand covers which. You might be able to feel your heart beating if not, imagine you can. Now take another deep inhalation as deep as is comfortable and exhale slowly. Now smile and inhale again and exhale repeat this a few more times while remembering a happy occasion. If you can't think of anything smile; smile the biggest grin you can manage. You have just impacted not only your inner well being but you have also changed the energy around you. You can do this whenever you want, as often as you like. Incorporate it into your practice and use it as a meditation by expanding and building the feelings of joy happiness and love for yourself and all others.
When we feel something to be true it creates a resonance. I believe there are energies in us and around us that we are only beginning to discover. We are remembering.
